How long until I get my order?

You’ll get your design proof within 24 hrs of ordering. Production and delivery take 5–7 business days after purchase & artwork approval. Need it sooner? Ask about rush options.

Is the design really free?

Yes. Every order includes custom design and unlimited revisions at no extra cost. Not ready to order? Request a free design mockup first — up to 3 revisions are included before purchase.

What file should I upload?

Any logo file works — AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG or JPG. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) print sharpest, but no finished artwork is needed: send whatever you have and our designers will take it from there.

Can I return a custom item?

Custom-printed items can’t be returned — that’s why you approve a proof first. If we make a production error, we’ll reprint it.
