    Great product! Give it a go!

    We ordered a custom 10x15 branded canopy and table covers for our church's participation in a Founders Day community event. It was super easy to set up, and the custom logo print looks sharp and clean! The frame feels very sturdy, the material is thick and water-resistant and on a very hot day we all were nice and cool under the canopy. The rolling carry bag makes transport so easy. Customer service was super helpful with the artwork proof, too. Highly recommend!

How long until I get my order?

You’ll get your design proof within 24 hrs of ordering. Production and delivery take 5–7 business days after purchase & artwork approval. Need it sooner? Ask about rush options.

Is the design really free?

Yes. Every order includes custom design and unlimited revisions at no extra cost. Not ready to order? Request a free design mockup first — up to 3 revisions are included before purchase.

What file should I upload?

Any logo file works — AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG or JPG. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) print sharpest, but no finished artwork is needed: send whatever you have and our designers will take it from there.

What does the warranty cover?

The tent frame and hardware have a lifetime warranty against defects in material or workmanship. The canopy and soft case carry a 1-year warranty. Wind damage, accidents and not staking the tent down aren’t covered.
