The terms that govern your use of our website, store, products, and services.
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the STX PROMO website, online store, products, services, communications, and related features (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by SCP Services Group Inc. DBA STX promo (“STX PROMO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and are powered in part by Shopify.
By accessing the Services, submitting information, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

01 Online Store Terms
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have authority to permit a minor dependent to use the Services under your supervision.
You may not use the Services or our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, violate applicable laws, or transmit malicious code. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
02 General Conditions
We may refuse service where permitted by law. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services or access to the Services without our express written permission, except as allowed by law.
Information transmitted through networks may be adapted to technical requirements. Payment-card data is handled through payment processors and encrypted in transit in accordance with applicable payment-industry practices.
03 Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness
Information on the website is provided for general informational purposes. We try to keep product, service, and website information accurate, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. You are responsible for evaluating information before relying on it.
04 Modifications to Services and Prices
Prices, product availability, features, and Services may change without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services where permitted by law.
05 Products, Custom Printing, and Refunds
Many STX PROMO products are custom printed or produced to customer specifications. Colors shown on screens may differ from printed output, and product descriptions, dimensions, and availability may change.
Because products are custom printed, returns or exchanges are generally not offered except where a product materially differs from expectations due to a production error, which is handled case by case. Refund and remake eligibility is governed by the current Refund Policy posted on our website.

06 Billing, Orders, and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, account, and contact information. We may limit, reject, or cancel orders where permitted, including orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or inconsistent with product or reseller restrictions.
If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to contact you using the email address, phone number, billing information, or account details provided with the order.
07 Optional and Third-Party Tools
The Services may provide access to third-party tools or integrations that we do not control. Use of those tools may be subject to separate third-party terms and policies, and you use them at your own discretion and risk.
08 Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. STX PROMO is not responsible for third-party content, products, services, privacy practices, security, or transactions. Review third-party terms and policies before engaging with them.
09 User Comments, Feedback, and Other Submissions
If you voluntarily submit public-facing reviews, feedback, ideas, photographs, designs, suggestions, or other materials, you grant STX PROMO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute those materials for business and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and any specific written agreement with you.
This permission does not authorize publication or disclosure of private customer-support communications, mobile information, or SMS opt-in data and consent. Those records remain subject to our Privacy Policy and its SMS restrictions.
You are responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not violate law or third-party rights and is not misleading, abusive, unlawful, or malicious.
10 Personal Information
Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. The SMS Privacy and Consent provisions of that policy apply to mobile information and SMS opt-in records.

11 Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services to:
- Violate law, or infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Harass or harm others, or submit false or misleading information.
- Distribute spam or malicious code.
- Scrape or interfere with the Services, or bypass security controls.
- Act in a manner that could damage STX PROMO, Shopify, our providers, or other users.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless STX PROMO and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, and suppliers from third-party claims arising out of your material breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another party’s rights.
15 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and severed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
16 Termination
These Terms remain effective while you use the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Rights and obligations that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
17 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with policies and notices incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and STX PROMO regarding the Services, except where a separate written agreement expressly applies. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
18 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and, where applicable, the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
19 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

21 SMS Messaging Program Terms
SCP Services Group Inc. DBA STX promo sends customer-support and promotional text messages to users who opt in through our website forms. Marketing SMS consent and non-marketing SMS consent are collected separately. You receive only the categories of messages you consent to receive.
Customer-support messages may include responses to support requests, ticket updates, appointment coordination, and follow-up communications related to an existing inquiry. Promotional messages may include special offers, discounts, event promotions, service announcements, and service updates. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the categories you select.
Both SMS consent choices are optional and should be presented separately. You may submit an inquiry without selecting either choice. Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. You must provide a phone number you are authorized to use for receiving messages.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to +1 346-594-8400 or reply STOP to a message from us. After receiving your STOP request, we may send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS program messages unless you provide valid renewed consent. You may also contact sales@stxpromo.com to request that messages stop, and we honor other reasonable opt-out requests.
To join again, use an STX PROMO website form and select the message categories you want to receive. We will resume those categories only after valid renewed consent and any required messaging-provider resubscription steps.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent by us to you and by you to us. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

We may update or discontinue the SMS program. Changes to these Terms do not expand your SMS consent to new message categories. We will provide notice where required and obtain additional consent where needed.
