SCP Services Group Inc. DBA STX promo (“STX PROMO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the STX PROMO store and website, including related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). The Services are powered by Shopify.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit or use the Services, make a purchase or other transaction, submit an inquiry, or otherwise communicate with us.

If there is a conflict between our Terms & Conditions and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of personal information.

06  Relationship With Shopify

The Services are hosted by Shopify. Shopify may collect and process information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve Shopify-powered functionality. Our use of Shopify and its advertising or enhanced features remains subject to the mobile-information and SMS-consent restrictions in this Privacy Policy. We do not authorize mobile information or SMS opt-in data and consent to be used for advertising audiences or independent third-party marketing.

07  Third-Party Websites and Links

The Services may link to websites or online platforms operated by third parties. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own policies. STX PROMO is not responsible for the privacy, security, accuracy, or availability of third-party sites or services.

08  Children’s Information

The Services are not intended for children under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. A parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion of personal information provided by a child where applicable.

09  Security and Retention

11  SMS Privacy and Consent

When you select an SMS consent checkbox on our Contact Us form, we collect your phone number, the message category or categories selected, and records of your consent. Marketing consent and non-marketing consent are separate. You may select one, both, or neither, and you may submit an inquiry without agreeing to receive text messages. Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Marketing messages may include special offers, discounts, event promotions, service announcements, and service updates. Non-marketing messages may include support responses, ticket updates, appointment coordination, and follow-up communications related to an existing inquiry. We use SMS information only to provide the categories of messages you agreed to receive, administer the messaging program, and manage consent and opt-out requests.

You may opt out by replying STOP to a message or by contacting sales@stxpromo.com. We honor other reasonable requests to stop SMS messages. After an opt-out, we may send one confirmation message and will stop further program messages unless you later provide valid renewed consent. Text HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We retain consent and opt-out records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the program, demonstrate consent, honor preferences, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Limited suppression records may be retained where appropriate to prevent unwanted future messages.

12  Communication Preferences

You may opt out of promotional email by using the unsubscribe link in an email. Email and SMS preferences are separate. Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent us from sending non-promotional communications that are necessary to provide Services, such as order or account messages.

13  International Transfers

Personal information may be transferred, stored, or processed outside the country where you live. Where required by applicable law, we use recognized safeguards for international data transfers, such as approved contractual protections or transfers to jurisdictions recognized as providing adequate protection.
