Delivery Time Frame:
- You will typically receive your Retractable Banner Display within 3-5 business days of finalizing your order and approving artwork.
- There may occasionally be minor shipping delays based on our current workload or other unexpected logistical issues that we may encounter.
- We will do our best to communicate any shipping delays with our clients as soon as we're aware of these concerns.
Custom Product Return Policy:
Unfortunately we're unable to allow customers to return any of our Custom Printed Products.
We strive to get our custom printed products right the first time and heavily rely on our clients to help us achieve that.
Our custom product mock-ups show what the finished product will look like and it's up to the client to make sure that we have it correct before final approval.
After final approval all of our custom printed products go into the production phase and are carried out based on the final design mock-up approval.
If there are any errors on our end during the printing process we will offer to reprint that product for you but we unfortunately won't be able to accept a full return.
Warranty Claims:
1 year graphic warranty on indoor use - Indoor use is a 1 year standard parts and labor warranty which warrants product against defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
Each warranty claim will be approached on a case by case basis and any client documentation to help their case will be beneficial for both parties.

I drug my feet and waited 2 weeks till the date of my event to begin ordering process, I made multiple changes due to the QR codes I needed for my 2 different pair of pull up banners being changed after initial designs were complete. They were still able to get my order shipped to me in time for my event (one day before, which was plenty of time). MY kit was super easy to use, set up & breakdown to put back in carry bags (which are as high or quality as banners). I by far had best loookjng set up of any other media personalities at the event I was at. I also want to mention the quality of the fitted table cloth, this is the 3rd one I’ve ordered from a 3rd different company and I’ve finally found one that fits and looks as good as advertised. I can’t recommend STX enough and I look forward to buying a 10x20 printed tent soon (sorry for any typos, I’m doing this on my phone and words are so small I can hardly see them.
