My first canopy for our hotdog business was so awesome, I bought a second one for my band for when we play outdoor shows. These canopies are heavy-duty and gorgeous.

I loke most of the people here saw the ads on social media and decided to buy this product for an upcoming event. Unlimited design changes made it comfortable to get exactly what I desired without really knowing where to start. I submitted several documents and items that the company has used to get these guys started. When I received the first draft, I instantly knew that they us AI to make the design and do not look at them before sending them on.
The first draft had items cut in half, items I said not to use and contained almost nothing that helped promote the company. I sent it back to them and asked for these items to be corrected. Again, I received an AI draft that was not correct, the third draft was the worst of the bunch. I ended up having to use ChatGPT to create the prompt to send to these guys to allow the design to be close to what I wanted.
The final product is nice and very presentable, with the exception of one element being blurry when viewed up close. All in all, a good product but have patience when working on your design.

I saw one of these tents at a trade show recently. I inquired where they got it and they recommended STX. We had an event coming up a month later for our church so I sent them our logo and told them the date of our event. From design to delivery, everything was perfect. Gave me a few options for our design, made a few tweaks, and next thing it was at my door. High quality, easy to assemble, now I’m ready for our first event.
I came across a Facebook ad for STXPromo and requested a quote for two 9ft straight flags with both a ground spike and a floor stand. I was promptly contacted with all of my options and provided some additional details. We went back and forth easily on the design and final approval and within a day or two, the design was in production. Shipping was fast and everything arrived safely packaged. We ordered a custom 10x15 branded canopy and table covers for our church's participation in a Founders Day community event. It was super easy to set up, and the custom logo print looks sharp and clean! The frame feels very sturdy, the material is thick and water-resistant and on a very hot day we all were nice and cool under the canopy. The rolling carry bag makes transport so easy. Customer service was super helpful with the artwork proof, too. Highly recommend!
