I needed a custom tent finished quickly for an upcoming trade show, and this company delivered right on time. The tent itself looks amazing—great print quality and build. Customer service was also excellent: attentive, responsive, and detail-oriented throughout the process.
The only reason I’m not giving a true 5-star experience is the carrying bag. The fabric feels less durable than I’d expect, and the zipper system makes it harder than it should be to repack the tent. After just one show, the zipper broke. That’s disappointing, especially because transport is critical for a trade show display.
I would have happily paid extra for a rugged travel bag or an upgraded option with better materials and a smoother zipper. As it stands, I’ll need to buy a separate bag or get the original repaired.
All that said, the tent itself is very nice. Time will tell on long-term durability, but for now, I’m satisfied with the product—just not the included case.
Bottom line: Great tent and great service, but budget for a better carrying solution.

Great Product Quality in the Printed Tension Fabric. The Poles are easily assembled and very well made. Easily put up and taken down with great carry case for storage/transport.

I ripped my tent cover and reached out to STX for a replacement. They had them in stock and delivery was quick and delivered in excellent condition. If you have not tried their products then you are missing out. The steel plate bottom really saves on wear and tear.

The products were delivered ahead of schedule and exactly as the proof that was sent to me for approval. The communication from the team throughout the process was top tier! Can't say enough good things about STX Promo! They were amazing to work with on the design and layout of our canopy. Adjusting the colors and layout for us multiple times before we made our final decision. As for the canopy itself; this isn't your typical pop-up canopy from a local retailer. This canopy is a heavy duty commercial grade canopy that we expect will last our club for years.
