Our 10'x 15' Blank Canopy Kit provides a budget friendly option compared to our Custom Canopy Kits. This setup is perfect for someone just getting started in doing events and needs a nice and professional booth space that won't break the bank.
One HUGE upside to this Blank Canopy Kit is when you're ready to upgrade to a Custom Canopy you can actually order just the custom canopy by itself and utilize the frame that came with this kit.

- Canopy Cover Material: Heavy duty 420 Denier Polyester Fabric
- Canopy Print Method: Full Color Dye Sublimation
- Frame is constructed from .09 M Black Steel
- The frame features ABS glass-filled nylon joints

- Frame legs include plastic lever for easy pinch free adjustment
Delivery Time Frame:
- You will receive everything for your canopy setup typically within 5-7 business days. This time period starts once the final design and artwork are approved.
- There may occasionally be minor shipping delays based on our current workload or other unexpected logistical issues that we may encounter.
- We will do our best to communicate any shipping delays with our clients as soon as we're aware of these concerns.
Custom Product Return Policy:
Unfortunately we're unable to allow customers to return any of our Custom Printed Products.
We strive to get our custom printed products right the first time and heavily rely on our clients to help us achieve that.
Our custom product mock-ups show what the finished product will look like and it's up to the client to make sure that we have it correct before final approval.
After final approval all of our custom printed products go into the production phase and are carried out based on the final design mock-up approval.
If there are any errors on our end during the printing process we will offer to reprint that product for you but we unfortunately won't be able to accept a full return.
Warranty Claims:
The canopy and soft case come with a 1 year warranty. This warranty is for parts and labor which warrants products against defects in material and workmanship. It doesn't cover any damage due to accidents, abuse, or any normal wear and tear. Any defective products will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
The tent frame and hardware have a LIFETIME WARRANTY! This warranty protects against product defects in the material or workmanship.
This warranty doesn't cover any wind damage or carelessness/negligence on the client's end. All of our custom canopy kits include a stake rope kit to help secure the canopy frame to the ground. If the client decides against utilizing these tools to secure the tent that is at their own risk and voids the warranty.
Each hardware warranty claim will be approached on a case by case basis and any client documentation to help their case will be beneficial for both parties.

What printing process is used for Custom Tension Fabric and Table Cover?
- Our Custom Tension Fabric Displays and Table Covers are printed using Dye Sublimation. All tension fabric displays start out as blank white pieces of fabric that are then Dye Sublimated which creates very sharp and high quality prints. This printing style allows for a multitude of colors to be used for any project, no limitations there!
- All prints come out extremely opaque and bright to help your setup vibrantly stand out among the competition!
What material are the displays made out of?
- Our Custom Custom Tension Fabric Displays are constructed of very durable 8.8 oz Tension Fabric.
- Table Covers are made out of 250g Spandex Polyester
- Highest quality table cover fabric material on the market!
- Our Custom Retractable Banner Displays are constructed of very durable 13 oz. Matte Vinyl Banner Material.
When should I expect to receive my Premium Expo Display?
- You will receive your display typically within 5-7 business days of finalizing your order and approving artwork.
- There may occasionally be minor shipping delays based on our current workload or other unexpected logistical issues that we may encounter.
