- Shipping: We track every shipment closely. While rare, minor delays may occur due to carrier logistics; we will communicate any updates immediately.
Custom Product Return Policy:
Unfortunately we're unable to allow customers to return any of our Custom Printed Products.
We strive to get our custom printed products right the first time and heavily rely on our clients to help us achieve that.
Our custom product mock-ups show what the finished product will look like and it's up to the client to make sure that we have it correct before final approval.
After final approval all of our custom printed products go into the production phase and are carried out based on the final design mock-up approval.
If there are any errors on our end during the printing process we will offer to reprint that product for you but we unfortunately won't be able to accept a full return.
Warranty Claims:
The canopy and soft case come with a 1 year warranty. This warranty is for parts and labor which warrants products against defects in material and workmanship. It doesn't cover any damage due to accidents, abuse, or any normal wear and tear. Any defective products will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
The tent frame and hardware have a LIFETIME WARRANTY! This warranty protects against product defects in the material or workmanship.
This warranty doesn't cover any wind damage or carelessness/negligence on the client's end. All of our custom canopy kits include a stake rope kit to help secure the canopy frame to the ground. If the client decides against utilizing these tools to secure the tent that is at their own risk and voids the warranty.
Each hardware warranty claim will be approached on a case by case basis and any client documentation to help their case will be beneficial for both parties.

What is the difference between the "Deluxe" and "Premium" Tradeshow Kits?
The main difference lies in the hardware style and overall aesthetic. Our Deluxe Kits feature Fabric Pop Up Walls, which have a deeper, 3-dimensional frame structure that creates a more substantial, upscale look compared to the standard tube-frame backdrops in our Premium line. Additionally, the Deluxe Kits are upgraded with Deluxe Retractable Banners. These stands are sleeker because the base is designed to sit primarily behind the graphic, giving you a clean, seamless appearance from the front without a visible metal base.
Is the 10ft Backdrop difficult to set up?
Not at all. The 10ft Curved Fabric Pop Up Display features a "pop-up" style accordion frame where the fabric graphic comes pre-attached using hook and loop fasteners. You simply expand the frame, snap the locking arms into place, and you are done in seconds. No tools are required.
Does the table cover fit loosely or tightly?
The table cover included in this kit is a Stretch Table Throw, meaning it is tailored to fit tightly over a standard 6ft or 8ft table. The high-quality stretch fabric pulls taut over the table legs, creating a smooth, professional, and wrinkle-free look that covers the table from top to bottom.
Is this kit easy to transport?
Yes. Despite the large size of the displays when assembled, the entire kit packs down for easy travel. The 10ft backdrop includes a rolling carry bag to make walking into the venue easier, and each retractable banner comes with its own padded carry bag with a shoulder strap.
Can I wash the fabric graphics if they get dirty?
Yes! The graphics for the Tension Fabric Display and the Table Cover are printed on durable, washable polyester using dye-sublimation. If they get soiled during an event, they can be cleaned to look like new for your next show.
Can I replace the graphics later without buying new hardware?
Absolutely. The Tension Fabric Backdrop frame allows you to swap out graphics easily since they just attach with hook and loop strips. The Retractable Banners and Table Cover can also be replaced individually if your branding or messaging changes in the future.
What size table do I need for the table cover?
You can select a cover designed for a standard 6ft (72" W) or 8ft (96" W) table. Please confirm the size of the table provided by your event venue before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.
Can I use these flags outdoors?
While the flags themselves are durable enough for outdoor use, the Cross Bases included in this kit are best suited for flat, indoor surfaces like trade show floors. If you plan to use these flags outdoors in windy conditions, we recommend adding a water weight bag or purchasing a ground spike separately for added stability.
