Production & Delivery:
You will typically receive everything for your Tension Fabric frame display within 5-7 business days of finalizing your order and approving artwork. While we strive for speed, minor shipping delays may occasionally occur due to workload or logistics; we will always communicate any changes immediately.
Custom Product Return Policy:
Unfortunately we're unable to allow customers to return any of our Custom Printed Products.
We strive to get our custom printed products right the first time and heavily rely on our clients to help us achieve that.
Our custom product mock-ups show what the finished product will look like and it's up to the client to make sure that we have it correct before final approval.
After final approval all of our custom printed products go into the production phase and are carried out based on the final design mock-up approval.
If there are any errors on our end during the printing process we will offer to reprint that product for you but we unfortunately won't be able to accept a full return.
Warranty Claims:
1 year graphic warranty on indoor use - Indoor use is a 1 year standard parts and labor warranty which warrants product against defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
Each warranty claim will be approached on a case by case basis and any client documentation to help their case will be beneficial for both parties.

What material are the Tension Fabric Displays made of?
Our Custom Tension Fabric Displays are constructed from a premium, durable Polyester Stretch Fabric. This material is designed to slide over the frame like a pillowcase, creating a smooth, wrinkle-free surface that looks professional and high-end.
What printing method do you use for these displays?
We use Dye Sublimation printing. This advanced process fuses the ink directly into the fabric fibers rather than sitting on top of them. The result is vibrant, long-lasting color that won't crack, peel, or fade—even if the fabric is folded or washed.
What is the turnaround time for a Tension Fabric Display?
Once you finalize your order and approve your artwork, you can typically expect to receive your complete display (hardware and graphics) within 5-7 business days. While we always strive for speed, minor shipping delays can occasionally occur due to high carrier workload. We promise to communicate any tracking updates or logistical changes the moment we are aware of them.
Is the Tension Fabric Display easy to assemble?
Yes! The display is designed for a quick, frustration-free setup. The lightweight aluminum frame connects using bungee cords (similar to tent poles) and push-button connectors, so no tools are required. You simply snap the frame together, slip the fabric graphic over the top, and zip it closed. One person can set it up in minutes.
How portable is the display? Can I take it on a plane?
These displays are engineered for maximum portability. The 5ft Economy model, for example, weighs approximately 10 lbs fully assembled and comes with a durable canvas carry bag. It packs down small enough to easily fit in a car trunk or be checked as standard luggage for flights.
Can I print on both sides of the display?
Absolutely. You can choose a Single-Sided graphic (with a white or black backer) or upgrade to a Double-Sided graphic. Double-sided printing is highly recommended for trade show aisles or open spaces where traffic comes from multiple directions, doubling your brand's exposure.
Can I buy just the replacement graphic later?
Yes! One of the biggest advantages of our Tension Fabric system is that the hardware is reusable. If your branding changes or you have a new seasonal promotion, you can order a replacement fabric graphic only. It will fit perfectly over your existing frame, saving you money on future events.
How do I remove wrinkles from the fabric?
The "tension" aspect of the display naturally pulls most wrinkles out once the fabric is zipped tight over the frame. However, if you have stubborn creases from storage, the dye-sublimated polyester is fabric-safe. You can use a hand steamer to smooth it out quickly once it is set up.
