Delivery Time Frame:
You will typically receive your flags and hardware within 5-7 business days of finalizing your order and approving artwork.
There may occasionally be minor shipping delays based on our current workload or other unexpected logistical issues that we may encounter.
We will do our best to communicate any shipping delays with our clients as soon as we're aware of these concerns.
Custom Product Return Policy:
Unfortunately we're unable to allow customers to return any of our Custom Printed Products.
We strive to get our custom printed products right the first time and heavily rely on our clients to help us achieve that.
Our custom product mock-ups show what the finished product will look like and it's up to the client to make sure that we have it correct before final approval.
After final approval all of our custom printed products go into the production phase and are carried out based on the final design mock-up approval.
If there are any errors on our end during the printing process we will offer to reprint that product for you but we unfortunately won't be able to accept a full return.
Warranty Claims:
- Lifetime hardware warranty - Standard warranty is a parts and labor warranty which warrants product against defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse or normal wear and tear. Products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
- 90 day graphic warranty with outdoor use - Outdoor usage is limited to a 90 day standard parts and labor warranty which warrants product against defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
- 1 year graphic warranty on indoor use - Indoor use is a 1 year standard parts and labor warranty which warrants product against defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.

What printing process is used for our Custom Flags?
- Our Custom Flags are printed using Dye Sublimation. All of our custom flags start out as blank white pieces of fabric that are then Dye Sublimated which creates very sharp and high quality prints. This printing style allows for a multitude of colors to be used for any project, no limitations there!
- All prints come out extremely opaque and bright to help your setup vibrantly stand out among the competition!
What material are the flags made out of?
Our Custom Flags are constructed of very durable and weather resistant 600 Denier Polyester Material.
What is the difference between Single Sided Printing and Double Sided Printing Options?
- Single sided printing for flags means that only one side of the flag will be printed. The backside of the flag won't be blank though like single sided walls. You will be able to see the print on both sides of the flag. Just keep in mind that on one side of the flag the design will typically be "backwards" or "mirrored".
- Double sided printing for flags means that both sides of the flag will be printed with whatever design you desire. In this case there are two pieces of fabric that are sewn together to make up the design on each side. Considering it takes twice the material for double sided printing it's unfortunately the reason why it's double the pricing of the single sided printed flag.
- Double sided printing is for those that either want their design to be going the correct direction on each side of the flag or for those looking to have two different designs on each side of the flag.
When should I use the Flag Cross Base vs. the Ground Spike?
- The flag cross base comes in handy for any indoor setups or outdoors as well. We suggest securing the cross base with one of our water bags or you can also use some ground stakes to secure it to the ground.
- The ground spike comes in handy for outdoor use when you're looking to setup in an area where the base is dirt, soil or grass. The ground spike can easily be hammered into the ground to secure the flag pole.
When should I expect to receive my Custom Flags?
- You will receive your flag hardware within 3-5 business days of finalizing your order and approving artwork.
- The Custom Flag itself you will typically receive within 7-10 business days. This 7-10 day period starts once the final design and artwork are approved.
- There may occasionally be minor shipping delays based on our current workload or other unexpected logistical issues that we may encounter.
- We will do our best to communicate any shipping delays with our clients as soon as we're aware of these concerns.
