You’ll get your design proof within 24 hrs of ordering. Production and delivery take 5–7 business days after purchase & artwork approval. Need it sooner? Ask about rush options.
What file should I upload?
Any logo file works — AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG or JPG. Vector files print sharpest, but no finished artwork is needed: send whatever you have and our designers will take it from there.
Can I return a custom backdrop?
Custom-printed items can’t be returned — that’s why you approve a proof first. If we make a production error, we’ll reprint it.
How much does a custom backdrop cost?
Prices on this page start at $349. The final price depends on the size and options you choose. Custom design and unlimited revisions are always included.
Do you ship outside Texas?
