Delivery Time Frame:
You will typically receive your flags and hardware within 5-7 business days of finalizing your order and approving artwork.
There may occasionally be minor shipping delays based on our current workload or other unexpected logistical issues that we may encounter.
We will do our best to communicate any shipping delays with our clients as soon as we're aware of these concerns.
Custom Product Return Policy:
Unfortunately we're unable to allow customers to return any of our Custom Printed Products.
We strive to get our custom printed products right the first time and heavily rely on our clients to help us achieve that.
Our custom product mock-ups show what the finished product will look like and it's up to the client to make sure that we have it correct before final approval.
After final approval all of our custom printed products go into the production phase and are carried out based on the final design mock-up approval.
If there are any errors on our end during the printing process we will offer to reprint that product for you but we unfortunately won't be able to accept a full return.
Warranty Claims:
- Lifetime hardware warranty - Standard warranty is a parts and labor warranty which warrants product against defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse or normal wear and tear. Products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
- 90 day graphic warranty with outdoor use - Outdoor usage is limited to a 90 day standard parts and labor warranty which warrants product against defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
- 1 year graphic warranty on indoor use - Indoor use is a 1 year standard parts and labor warranty which warrants product against defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.

What is the difference between Single-Sided and Double-Sided printing?
Single-Sided flags are printed on one side, and the image bleeds through to the back (about 95% visibility). The image on the back will be a mirror image (reverse) of the front. Double-Sided flags feature two separate layers of fabric printed correctly on both sides, with a block-out liner in between to prevent see-through. This ensures your message reads correctly from both directions.
How durable are the flag poles?
Extremely durable. Unlike cheaper aluminum options that can bend or kink, our hardware is made from 100% epoxy fiberglass. This material is flexible and designed to bend with the wind rather than breaking. In fact, the hardware comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.
What base should I choose?
- Ground Stake: Choose this if you plan to display your flag outdoors on grass, soil, or soft ground. It hammers directly into the earth for a secure hold.
- Cross Base: Choose this for indoor use or outdoor use on hard, flat surfaces like concrete, pavement, or gym floors.
How much wind can these flags withstand?
Our Teardrop Flags have a wind speed rating of 18-23 mph. However, we always recommend bringing your flags inside during severe storms or high winds to maximize the lifespan of the fabric graphic.
Do I need to be a designer to order?
No! We make it easy. Simply upload your logo and give us some notes on what you want your flag to look like. Our design team will create a professional layout for you and send a digital proof for your approval before we start printing.
Can I wash the flag graphic?
Yes. The flag is made of 110g Knitted Polyester printed with dye-sublimation, which means the ink is fused into the fabric. If it gets dirty, you can machine wash it on a gentle cycle with cold water and air dry it. You can also use a hand steamer to remove wrinkles.
Is the Teardrop shape better than the Feather shape?
It depends on your preference, but the Teardrop shape is unique because the fabric is pulled tighter than a traditional feather flag. This means the flag does not flap in the wind as much, keeping your logo stationary and readable at all times.
