Delivery Time Frame:
You will typically receive your XtraLit™ display within 5-7 business days of finalizing your order and approving artwork.
There may occasionally be minor shipping delays based on our current workload or other unexpected logistical issues that we may encounter.
We will do our best to communicate any shipping delays with our clients as soon as we're aware of these concerns.
Custom Product Return Policy:
Unfortunately we're unable to allow customers to return any of our Custom Printed Products.
We strive to get our custom printed products right the first time and heavily rely on our clients to help us achieve that.
Our custom product mock-ups show what the finished product will look like and it's up to the client to make sure that we have it correct before final approval.
After final approval all of our custom printed products go into the production phase and are carried out based on the final design mock-up approval.
If there are any errors on our end during the printing process we will offer to reprint that product for you but we unfortunately won't be able to accept a full return.
Warranty Claims:
The canopy and soft case come with a 1 year warranty. This warranty is for parts and labor which warrants products against defects in material and workmanship. It doesn't cover any damage due to accidents, abuse, or any normal wear and tear. Any defective products will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
The tent frame and hardware have a LIFETIME WARRANTY! This warranty protects against product defects in the material or workmanship.
This warranty doesn't cover any wind damage or carelessness/negligence on the client's end. All of our custom canopy kits include a stake rope kit to help secure the canopy frame to the ground. If the client decides against utilizing these tools to secure the tent that is at their own risk and voids the warranty.
Each hardware warranty claim will be approached on a case by case basis and any client documentation to help their case will be beneficial for both parties.

How do the two panels connect?
It works like magic! The sides of each XtraLit™ frame are magnetized. You simply set up the two individual frames and push them together side-by-side. The magnets instantly lock the frames together to create a sturdy, unified wall without needing any screws, clamps, or tools.
Can I separate them and use them individually?
Absolutely. This is the biggest advantage of the XtraLit™ Modular system. Since the kit consists of two independent 3ft frames, you can split them up and use them as two separate displays at different events, or keep them connected for the full 6.5ft wide experience.
Does the display require one or two power outlets?
Since this kit utilizes two separate frames, you will need to plug in both units. Each frame has its own power cord to power the pre-attached internal LED lights. We recommend bringing a small power strip to your booth to keep your cords tidy.
Is the XtraLit™ display difficult to assemble?
Not at all. The "Fast Frame" design is collapsible, similar to a pop-up tent. You simply expand the frames until they lock, push the silicone-edge graphics (SEG) into the frame channels, and snap the two units together magnetically. The entire process takes just minutes.
How is this shipped?
The Double Kit ships in two separate boxes (one for each panel). Each frame comes with its own canvas carry bag, making it easy to transport or divide among your team.
What type of graphics are used?
We use a premium Backlit Tension Fabric with a silicone edge (SEG). This material is specifically designed to diffuse the internal LED lights evenly, creating a bright, vibrant image. The graphics are easy to swap out if your branding changes.
