Product Specs:
- Canopy Cover and Walls: Heavy duty 600 Denier Polyester Fabric
- Table Cover: 250 g Spandex Polyester
- Canopy, Walls and Table Cover Print Method: Full Color Dye Sublimation
- Frame is constructed from 1.2 mm anodized aluminum
- Hexagon shaped frame legs are 1.75" in diameter
- Frame legs include plastic lever for easy pinch free adjustment
- All three Full Walls attach to canopy top via heavy duty velcro and straps that go around tent frame legs
Delivery Time Frame:
- You will receive everything for your custom canopy setup typically within 5-7 business days. This time period starts once the final design and artwork are approved.
- There may occasionally be minor shipping delays based on our current workload or other unexpected logistical issues that we may encounter.
- We will do our best to communicate any shipping delays with our clients as soon as we're aware of these concerns.
Custom Product Return Policy:
Unfortunately we're unable to allow customers to return any of our Custom Printed Products.
We strive to get our custom printed products right the first time and heavily rely on our clients to help us achieve that.
Our custom product mock-ups show what the finished product will look like and it's up to the client to make sure that we have it correct before final approval.
After final approval all of our custom printed products go into the production phase and are carried out based on the final design mock-up approval.
If there are any errors on our end during the printing process we will offer to reprint that product for you but we unfortunately won't be able to accept a full return.
Warranty Claims:
The canopy and soft case come with a 1 year warranty. This warranty is for parts and labor which warrants products against defects in material and workmanship. It doesn't cover any damage due to accidents, abuse, or any normal wear and tear. Any defective products will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
The tent frame and hardware have a LIFETIME WARRANTY! This warranty protects against product defects in the material or workmanship.
This warranty doesn't cover any wind damage or carelessness/negligence on the client's end. All of our custom canopy kits include a stake rope kit to help secure the canopy frame to the ground. If the client decides against utilizing these tools to secure the tent that is at their own risk and voids the warranty.
Each hardware warranty claim will be approached on a case by case basis and any client documentation to help their case will be beneficial for both parties.

What printing process is used for our custom canopy tents?
- Our Custom Canopy Tents are printed using Dye Sublimation. All canopies start out blank white pieces of fabric that are then Dye Sublimated which creates very sharp and high quality prints. This printing style allows for a multitude of colors to be used for any project, no limitations there!
- All prints come out extremely opaque and bright to help your setup vibrantly stand out among the competition!
- All canopy tops also receive a special laminate coating to help provide protection against UV rays and moisture which makes them ideal to setup outside in the elements.
What material are the canopy tents made out of?
- Our Custom Canopies are constructed of very durable and weather resistant 600 Denier Polyester Material.
What kind of frame comes with our custom canopy tents?
- Our canopy tent frames are made out of 1.2 MM Aluminum and are considered "Light Commercial" style frames. They are very durable and significantly better than the standard frames that come with most big box store blank pop up canopies.
- The hexagon shaped legs are 1.75" in diameter.
- They come with easy to use plastic levers for "pinch free" height adjustment.
- Very user friendly frame setup that can be brought to life in just a few short minutes.
What is the difference between Single Sided Printing and Double Sided Printing Options?
- Single sided printing for canopy walls means that only one side of the wall will be printed. The other non-printed side will typically be white. We can offer black for the non-printed side instead of white for an additional fee. Please feel free to reach out about that.
- Double sided printing for canopy walls means that both sides of the wall will be printed with whatever design you desire. If there will be two different designs for each side please specify which design goes on which side of the wall in the Design Notes before placing your order.
When should I expect to receive my custom canopy tent?
- You will receive your Tent Frame and Roller Bag within 3-5 business days of finalizing your order and approving artwork.
- The Tent Canopy Cover itself you will typically receive within 7-10 business days. This 7-10 day period starts once the final design and artwork are approved.
- There may occasionally be minor shipping delays based on our current workload or other unexpected logistical issues that we may encounter.
- We will do our best to communicate any shipping delays with our clients as soon as we're aware of these concerns.
