Is the Gildan 64000 true to size?
Mostly — it has a semi-fitted cut, a little closer to the body than the classic 2000 or 8000, so it runs slightly trimmer. Size up for a more relaxed fit.
How does the Gildan 64000 compare to the Gildan 2000?
The 64000 (4.5 oz., 100% ring-spun cotton) is noticeably lighter and softer than the 2000 (6 oz., standard cotton) — it's Gildan's answer to the softer Bella+Canvas/Next Level tees, at a lower price point.
Will it shrink after washing?
Yes, like most 100% cotton tees — expect roughly 3–5% shrinkage after the first wash. Wash cold and tumble dry low.
Does it work with screen print or DTF printing?
Both — this page lets you build your design either way. Screen print is the better value at higher quantities with fewer ink colors; DTF is full color with no per-color setup cost.
