How does the Gildan 8000 compare to the Gildan 2000 and 64000?
The 8000 (5.5 oz., 50/50 cotton/poly DryBlend) sits between the two — lighter and less prone to shrinking than the 100% cotton 2000 (6 oz.), but with a smoother, less soft hand-feel than the ring-spun 64000 (4.5 oz.).
Will it shrink after washing?
Very little — the polyester blend resists shrinkage much better than a 100% cotton tee. Still wash cold and tumble dry low to protect the print.
Does it work with screen print or DTF printing?
Both — this page lets you build your design either way. Screen print is the better value at higher quantities with fewer ink colors; DTF is full color with no per-color setup cost.
