Delivery Time Frame:
You will typically receive your flags and hardware within 5-7 business days of finalizing your order and approving artwork.There may occasionally be minor shipping delays based on our current workload or other unexpected logistical issues that we may encounter.
We will do our best to communicate any shipping delays with our clients as soon as we're aware of these concerns.
Custom Product Return Policy:
Unfortunately we're unable to allow customers to return any of our Custom Printed Products.
We strive to get our custom printed products right the first time and heavily rely on our clients to help us achieve that.
Our custom product mock-ups show what the finished product will look like and it's up to the client to make sure that we have it correct before final approval.
After final approval all of our custom printed products go into the production phase and are carried out based on the final design mock-up approval.
If there are any errors on our end during the printing process we will offer to reprint that product for you but we unfortunately won't be able to accept a full return.
Warranty Claims:
- Lifetime hardware warranty - Standard warranty is a parts and labor warranty which warrants product against defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse or normal wear and tear. Products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
- 90 day graphic warranty with outdoor use - Outdoor usage is limited to a 90 day standard parts and labor warranty which warrants product against defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
- 1 year graphic warranty on indoor use - Indoor use is a 1 year standard parts and labor warranty which warrants product against defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.

What is the difference between Single-Sided and Double-Sided printing?
Single-Sided flags are printed on one side, and the image bleeds through to the back (about 95% visibility). The image on the back will be a mirror image (reverse) of the front. Double-Sided flags feature two separate layers of fabric printed correctly on both sides, with a block-out liner in between to prevent see-through. This ensures your message reads correctly from both directions.
Why choose a "Rectangle" flag over a Feather flag?
The Rectangle Flag (or Block Flag) is the best option if you want your message to be readable 100% of the time, even without wind. Unlike feather flags that rely on tension, the Rectangle Flag features a 90-degree horizontal arm at the top of the pole. This holds the fabric out like a rigid billboard, ensuring your logo, phone number, and website never curl or fold.
How durable are the flag poles?
Our poles are built for longevity. We use 100% epoxy fiberglass, which is superior to aluminum because it is designed to flex with the wind rather than bending or kinking. The hardware includes a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.
Which base option should I select?
- Ground Stake: Best for outdoor use on soft surfaces like grass, dirt, or sand.
- Cross Base: Best for indoor use or outdoor use on hard, flat surfaces like sidewalks, driveways, or concrete convention floors.
How much wind can these flags handle?
These flags have a wind speed rating of 18-23 mph. The fiberglass poles are designed to bend and sway with the breeze, but we recommend bringing them indoors during severe weather or high winds to protect the fabric.
Do I need to be a designer to order?
No! Simply upload your logo and provide us with a brief description of what you want (e.g., "Logo at the top, website at the bottom"). Our design team will handle the layout and send you a digital proof for approval before production begins.
Can I wash the flags?
Yes. These flags are printed on 110g Knitted Polyester using dye-sublimation. This means the ink is embedded into the fabric, making it safe to machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water. You can air dry them or use a hand steamer to remove wrinkles.
